MT.Voyage
A personal project for an outdoor apparel website. I had the idea of creating an online shopping site based on one of my hobbies which is hiking.
The process started out as an idea, which proceeded to low-fi layouting on Sketch. To help the layout, i used 8 columns set the images and products.
As an outdoor apparel and equipment company, I believe that by using images, it can not only grab attention but also engage users emotionally.
By adding a "Journey" section, the Brand shares with its users the story of Mt.Voyage, its brand philosophy and culture. This that help the brand become what they are today.

As a brand that provides apparels and equipments, I categorised the products based on gender, equipment and activites.
Under Men and Women, the products are all apparels (jackets, bottoms, shoes).
Under Equipments, users can find products such as backpacks, tents that are for general audience.
Under Activities are products (apparel and equipments) that are needed according to the type of activity a user is doing, such as hiking, fishing, mountain climbing etc.


On the Detail Product Page, I made one highlighted product and small thumbnails on the bottom to help users get a view of every angle. Although not on this page, I also think a preview of the product being used or worn by a model would help users get a better picture of the size.
The Product Information, Product Detail and Product Description is designed as a drop down menu to give users option to view all information or just the information he/she needs.
